Public Hearing NoticeNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, March 4th, 2014 at 5:30 PM, at Easley Council Chambers, located at the Law Enforcement Center (220 North West Main Street) , the City of Easley will hold a public hearing to solicit public input on community needs and priorities for housing, public facilities, and economic development. At this public hearing, the City of Easley will conduct a needs assessment for activities which might be undertaken to meet identified needs, including the estimated amount proposed, to be used for activities which will benefit persons of low and moderate income, as well as present the City’s Participation Plan.This public hearing and the matters to be discusses are subject to the provisions of the City’s Citizen Participation Plan, developed in anticipation of participation in the State of South Carolina Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, providing for the participation of Easley citizens in the planning and implantation of community and economic development projects which involve CDBG funds. The Citizen Participation Plan is available for review at City Hall, 205 North 1st Street, from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
