PICKENS COUNTY — Pickens County Sheriff’s Office officials say they are looking for a late 90s or early 2000s model black car they believe may be linked to burglaries in the Six Mile area.

Investigators say a car matching this description was seen within two miles of two burglaries near the Dollar General in Six Mile on Sunday.

According to police, the car was occupied by two white males.

Investigators say the car is possibly a Toyota Camry or Chevy Impala, and has “Hoopty” chrome rims on the tires.

Police say they believe the vehicle may currently be located in Oconee County.

Investigators have asked that anyone with information regarding this car or its occupants call Pickens County Crime Stoppers at 864-898-5677.

Police say a cash reward may be given for tips leading to an arrest.
