GREENVILLE — Offices for the S.C.District of The Wesleyan Church recently moved from the Table Rock Retreat and Conference Center in northern Pickens County to 84 Villa Road in Greenville, under the same roof as Southern Wesleyan University’s Greenville education center.
Joan Rampey, administrative assistant, said the new office offers a more accessible and strategic location. Being able to share classroom space is another advantage that has enabled the district office to conduct board and committee meetings on site, including the District Board of Administration and District Board of Ministerial Development meetings with ministerial students.
“It’s been a great move. We’ve truly enjoyed connecting with the staff here and sense that it has become a good relationship,” Rampey said. “It’s also a greater outward sign of the fact that we are connected and part of the same family.”
Southern Wesleyan University is a Christ-centered, student-focused learning community devoted to transforming lives by challenging students to be dedicated scholars and servant-leaders who impact the world for Christ.
