POWDERSVILLE/WREN — The Wren-Powdersville Ruritan Club will be raising money for community projects with a weekend Yard Sale.
The Yard Sale will be held at the Ingles parking lot, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. “Find a little bit of everything there,” says President Ligeline Sawyer. “We’ll have baked goods and hot dogs, too.”
Proceeds go to community projects. Recent benefactors have been Anderson County Meals on Wheels, Whitten Center, Patrick B. Harris Hospital, Home of the Heart and the Salkehatchie organization, which is re-roofing a church in the Powdersville area.
The club meets the third Thursday of every month at Golden Coral in Easley at 7 p.m.
