The Green Wave and Hurricane will face off for the opportunity to play the winner of the Greenwood-White Knoll game Friday night. If Greenwood wins, the Green Wave will travel for their second round game. White Knoll would come to Brice Field.
The state championship game will be played Dec. 3 at Clemson University.
For Wren this could be the school’s final game on the AAAA level. The Hurricanes are set to return to AAA play next year, a direct result of Anderson District One’s decision to split the school and create Powdersville High School.
