CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -- An 8-7 loss to Virginia Monday afternoon simply means that the South Carolina state champions will go into the semifinals Tuesday as the second place team in Pool B.

Easley will face Florida, the first-pace team from Pool A, at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. Florida defeated North Carolina 4-3 in their final game of pool play.

Virginia will face North Carolina at 1:30 p.m. Tuesdays.

The two winners from Tuesday will play each other 1 p.m. Wednesday for the Southeast Regional Championship and a spot in the Junior League World Series, set for August 16-22 in Taylor, Mich.
