Mr. Trotter was born in Pickens to the late Alonzo Trotter and Janie Evelyn Bearden Trotter. In addition to his parents he was preceded by brother Doc Trotter and sisters Corrine Mayfield, Janel Thomas and Geraldine Driggers.
He was retired from Pickens County Concrete and was a member of Bible Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009, in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home. Burial in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Pickens.
The family is at 1232 Shady Grove Road, Pickens.
