Man charged with criminal sexual conduct

Bobbie Albert McCann, 47, of 442 Crowe Creek Rd, faces one charge of criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years old while in a custodial position over the victim, according to the arrest warrant.
The arrest warrant alleges that the act occurred while the victim was staying overnight at McCann’s home.
According to the warrant, police have a written statement from the victim’s mother and an oral statement from the victim.
McCann is being held without bond at the Pickens County detention center, Pickens County Assistant Sheriff Tim Morgan said.
