EASLEY — Ruby Nell Allen, 65, of 202 Pelzer Highway, passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at her home.

Born in Greenville County, a daughter of the late William Aiken and Helen L. Gunter, Mrs. Allen retired from Alice Manufacturing and was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband of 51 years, Bobby Allen of the home; two sons, Michael G. Allen(Delma) of Tucson, Arizona, Mark Wayne Allen(Chris) of Central; two daughters, Wendy N.Nix of Easley, Tracy M. Alexander (Michael) of Sugarland, Texas; three brothers, Billy Aiken of Easley, Ray Bruce Aiken of Pickens, Larry Eugene Aiken of Liberty; and one sister, Darlene Duncan (Kenneth) of Easley; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Jerry Dean Aiken.

Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with the Rev. Rudy Smith officiating.

The family is at the residence.
