Easley woman faces federal identity theft charges

GREENVILLE – A grand jury charged an Easley woman with federal identity theft charges on Tuesday.

Melinda Sue Cuddy, 35, of Easley was charged with conspiracy to possess stolen mail, fraud in connection with identification documents and aggravated identity theft, according to warrants.

Jerry Edward Milliken, 25, of Greenville was also charged with conspiracy to possess stolen mail, fraud in connection with identification documents and aggravated identity theft.

He was also charged with destruction of mail receptacle, according to warrants.

The case is being investigated by the United States Postal Inspection Service.
