EASLEY — The Easley Touchdown Club is having its annual membership drive, preparing to support the 2010 Green Wave football team.

The club is designed to benefit the football programs, but all Easley High School athletic programs benefit indirectly.

“The more needs of the football program that we can take care of, the more money the Booster Club and the EHS athletic department have to spend on other sports,” said club president Jack Drawdy. “We put our time and money into this project because we believe in the kids at Easley High School.”

During football season, the club has weekly luncheons with guest speakers.

General membership is $45. Members of the Easley Athletic Booster Club can join for $30.

“We’re not competing with the Booster Club,” Drawdy said. “We want to help the Booster Club.”

Sustaining membership is $200.

Corporate membership is available. The Green Level cost $500, and includes four individual memberships and a sign at the Brice Field upper area. The White Level cost $250 and includes two individual memberships and a sign at the Brice Field lower area.

To join contact Drawdy at 640-5579, Jay Ratteree at 884-0356, Jon Foster at 903-1331 or Brad Wilson at 414-6515.

The annual ETC Golf Tournament is set for Aug. 14. For more information contact Brian Garrison at 907-0433 or Mike McAlister at 918-1715.
