Easley City Councilman Terry Moore, left, graduated recently from the Municipal Elected Officials Institute of Government after completing the required courses online and in person. The Institute gives local elected officials a foundation of knowledge and skills for establishing and maintaining positive public policy in their respective hometowns. Moore officially graduated in Columbia at the Municipal Association’s Hometown Legislative Action Day held every February. Moore is accepting his diploma being presented by Mayor Larry Bagwell.
